About Me

My name is Nancy Vanderslice. As a life coach, I am driven to help people choose to take action to create their own lives, regardless of circumstances or conditions.

I began my journey towards coaching after a diagnosis of thyroid disease that threatened to change my life. But, with the help of coaching. acupuncture and life style changes, I was able to avoid medication and within three months of the diagnosis, my thyroid was back to normal. It remains healthy today, 18 years after the original diagnosis. I was curious as to why and began my quest to learn all I could and share with others. The search led me to exploring the chakra system, Reiki and meditation and then to decide to pursue coaching. I received certification in Dream Building from LifeSOULutions in 2015.

In 2018, my dad’s wife passed away suddenly and I became my dad’s caregiver which offered new challenges and opportunities to help others. Soon after, I enrolled in iPEC’s* coaching program and received a professional coach certification with a concentration in Transitions in 2020.

My journey began as a need to heal myself and it morphed into a way to help others.

I specialize in working with middle-aged people who are ready to retire or transition into a new purpose. By reconnecting with themselves and what matters to them, we look to create the best version of themselves going forward.

Whatever retirement looks like for you: shifting careers, revamping your lifestyle, building new or better relationships or just feeling better about yourself and what you have to offer others, we will work together to bring the authentic self out into the open to enjoy and share.

I offer programs as well as one on one coaching.
