One of the things I have learned in my transformation as a life coach and as a middle aged women is how important value is.
I’m not specifically talking about items you buy, but we often look at the external world for value. For example, buying a microwave. What matters to you in a microwave, really? Do you want certain features or do you want it to be a certain price? Most of us would say both. Ok, sure. But how many times have you bought something that you use regularly and never crack the instruction book? You may be able to do much more with that thing than you even expected! I still don’t know how to use my microwave for anything but reheating leftovers. But that’s fine. If I ever want to learn how to do other things I can learn, but hopefully before it dies.
What matters to you is where values are born. Your personal values are like your important features.
Many people seem to go through life not really knowing what they want or who they want to be. They seem to be guided by their circumstances and not their values. These are the people that never seem to find what they are looking for because they are expecting it to appear from just wanting it. And when it doesn’t appear, they blame what surrounds them- circumstances.
The law of attraction is a multifaceted law. Much like planting a seed, the quality of soil, sunlight and other conditions must be considered, but the health of the seed is important too.
You are like a seed and your life makes up your conditions. Your WHO and your WHY are your greatest tools. Add your value to those. You will begin to do more than you ever expected. And we all know there’s no instruction book.
What matters matters.
